API for Ledgersmb 1.3

Will there be a documented API for 1.3?

I currently run a homebrew sync system which transfers orders from
OSCommerce to LedgerSMB and I'm going to have to start porting it to
1.3. It uses the old Form.pm interface which I gather is deprecated in
1.3. It took ages and much perusal of code to get it working with 1.2
and I'm hoping it will be easier with 1.3
