taxes to purchase invoice/transaction

I made pretty default LedgerSMB 1.2.20 install and trying to get more
familiar with accounting principles and program itself.

First (trivial?) problem so far: how to enter taxes while i enter some
invoice or transaction under Purchases? I have defined 3 VAT-rates
under System/taxes, i have accounts for them, but under purchases i
don't see the way to tell which taxes and how much there is?
