The current db schema doesn't support it.

This is one thing that needs to be addressed as we redesign the parts
side.  There are others too, such as:

1)  Multiple bin listings
2)  Bin/warehouse ties
3)  Hierarchical bin listings

And this is before we get into pricing/sales/purchase stuff.
