[SPAM] CSS diff for improved menu readability

Thought it was time I posted a diff for "css/ledger-smb.css"

These changes were made to improve the readability of the standard Menu.
Well in our Opinion any how.
Please Back things up before using this information, it may break something.
You may need to adjust font sizes to suit yourself.
