I think I heard that 1.3 beta was supposed to be available this week some 
time, or did I get my dates mixed up?

I have to do a new installation pretty much now, and would prefer to use 
the 1.3 beta if it's soon available, rather than having to go with 1.2.16, 
which seems to be the latest released version according to the RSS news 
feed.

Thanks for any updates, even if just a "not ready yet".
