AR Transaction and TAX

Hi,

When I enter an amount as an AR Transaction, it doesn't automatically calculate the Tax. I need to enter it manually. Even though the check box is ticked, and the correct account is selected. I've double check the chart of accounts and it's all fine.

What am I missing?
