I assume that works the same with services as it would with parts.  So the 
next question is:
Would that work with fractional quantities?

For example:

Job is $1000
Portion to be billed now: $600.00
Ship field: 0.6

?

Or would it have to be:

Job: $425.00
Quantity 2: $212.50
Ship: 1

?
