C Program for Price Updating

Hi All,
I've written a little program in C to read a suppliers CSV file and
update prices accordingly. It's a command line jobbie, and would most
likely need tweeking to read other suppliers files, but that should be
simple. 

If it might be of use, please get in touch. It seems to work ok -
perhaps someone could look and see it it might be harming the dbase,
though I can't see why it should.
