No idea yet.  1.4 will be 1.3 plus redesigned financial handling, plus
any new sponsored or contributed features etc.

1.3 is getting close.  The new reconcilliation logic is not beta-ready
yet, and the user-management/database setup stuff is not quite ready
yet.  There may be a few other rough corners that need to be
addressed, but we are getting close.
