Piping an order into LedgerSMB from remote program

Hi everyone

I'm starting to get a busy website on my hands, with orders coming in
faster every week.

I need a way to get orders piped straight into LSMB from the LAMP
(Ruby/Perl) server. Any ideas on how I would go about that? Does it
still need to be a crafted POST string?
