As soon as it is ready.  We have a few areas that need to be finished
up before beta testing can start.

BTW, the biggest hurdle has to do with the address table in SL.  If
you only store one address per company or per vendor, it should be
straightforward to migrate (ask on dev about experiences).  If you are
storing more (either via customizations or what not), then you will
need to wait for 1.3.
