Yes that would be USD for ~ 20 hours a week, 8 weeks.

Many feel open source should be free. CMD makes 99% of its money not
from what we want to make money from (which is developing PostgreSQL) we
make it from supporting it.

We do know of one company that has funded a *lot* of money toward the
development of LedgerSMB. You are not alone in your quest.
