Not all but in this case it would tightly couple with projects, work
orders, tasks etc...

Sure, I am not looking at this from a let's make plastic paper look
good. I am just saying that from a consistency stand point it would be
useful as we push into the other features that need work for 1.4
(projects, estimates, workorders).
