What's in the RPM?

I am planning a fresh install to a Centos based system.

Specifically, I would like to know if on a new install, the RPM includes 
references to the needed perl modules such that a 'yum localinstall' 
will install them on my system.

And if so, do you know what Centos yum repository might contain the perl 
components?

I would really like to avoid CPAN and make.
