WAP 2.0 makes use of XHTML and CSS variants (XHTML-MP (mobile profile)
and WCSS (Wireless CSS)).  The framework is in place in the development
version of LedgerSMB to allow for having multiple variants upon an
output format, but not so much on 1.2.
