I downloaded ledgersmb-1.2.7.tar.gz (3,181,977 bytes) and the file  
ledgersmb/VERSION shows 1.2.7 but executing
$ perl .../ledbersmb/Build.PL
generates the output

Creating new 'Build' script for 'LedgerSMB' version '1.2.2'
</snip>
I think there is a problem with Build.PL
I never downloaded any earlier versions.
