LedgerSMB First time install problems

Hi there everyone!

I am trying to install LedgerSMB on Ubuntu Feisty for the first time. I
found some tutorial to follow online, and I thought that I had did
everything correctly but now when I go to 127.0.0.1/ledgersmb/login.pl
I get this message: Error! No GlobalDBH Configured or Could not Connect

Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this, or if there is anything
else I can do to give you more information?
