There are some issues with the UPGRADE documentation file:
* it is upgrade-templates.pl, not upgrade_templates.pl
* the order of steps in the document is confusing (and IMO, wrong) step 6 and
7 should be switched with each other, for example
* something else was named the wrong thing, but now I can't remember what...
I've got a doc on the wiki that goes into more details on the actual command
process involved in an upgrade. The example is from 1.1.7 to 1.2.2, but the
steps and order might be useful to integrate as examples into the UPGRADE

Others on the list, please feel free to modify the steps specific to your
version to version upgrade(s).
