Problem while creating users with 1.2b3

Hi,

I have installed 1.2b3 following the instructions in INSTALL file. When a 
login as admin and try to create a new user, it fails and apache error log 
file says the following:

DBD::Pg::st execute failed: ERROR:  relation "employee" does not exist
DBD::Pg::st fetchrow_array failed: no statement executing
DBD::Pg::st execute failed: ERROR:  current transaction is aborted, commands 
ignored until end of transaction block
DBD::Pg::st fetchrow_array failed: no statement executing
DBD::Pg::st execute failed: ERROR:  current transaction is aborted, commands 
ignored until end of transaction block
Can't call method "dberror" without a package or object reference at 
LedgerSMB/Form.pm line 2852.
Compilation failed in require at 
[...]ledger-smb/admin.pl line 93.
[...] Premature end of script headers: [...]/ledger-smb/admin.pl

However, it seems that the user is created correctly. When I try to update 
user configuration, it gives the same error again and again, yet the changes 
are commited ok.

I'm using Debian GNU/Linux unstable with perl 5.8.8 and postgresql 8.1.5
