Postgres has a user Ledger-SMB_Owner, it was created prior to the createdb 
and the load of the old SL database.

I'm beginning to suspect that having a '-' in the name causes some 
difficulties so I'll try a different username tomorrow. Don't know if it 
will affect import_users script, but it will at least remove some need for 
quoting.
