Perl 5.24 test results with Travis CI

Hi Chris,

Travis has been upgraded and now includes 5.24, so I decided to upgrade our build matrix for it.

Seems we're doing stuff that's not supported (anymore?): https://travis-ci.org/ehuelsmann/LedgerSMB/jobs/157461348

Can you have  a look at the sysread()s that Perl 5.24 seems to be tripping over?
