Remove an attachment?

Hi

Any way to remove an attached file from a part? I attached a 140K long 
pdf-file but it's only 165 byte after downloading. If I'm correct that 
it should be stored in file_part, it's the upload that failed.

So I'd like to remove all traces of it in the system.
