Error page after DB upgrade from 1.3.47 to 1.4.28?

All,

While testing package upgrades from v1.3.47 to v1.4.28 on Debian Jessie
(current stable) and Debian Stretch (current testing), the following type of
the error page comes up the first time using a normal login after upgrading a
company DB:

---<error page>-------------------------------------------------------

Error!

Database is not the expected version. Was 1.4.0, expected 1.4.28. Please re-
run setup.pl against this database to correct.setup.pl at LedgerSMB/DBH.pm
line 106.

dbversion: 1.4.28, company: testinc

---<error page>-------------------------------------------------------

It looks like the DB upgrade marked the DB version as 1.4.0 instead of
1.4.28...

Going to setup.pl again on that same company DB does easily resolve the issue
but is this something already known and I just don't recall seeing something
having been posted about it?

Note that in both cases, it's a very minimal company db (since I don't
currently have good DB's useful for testing...) and otherwise the only thing
that came up during the DB upgrade was regarding "duplicate meta_numbers",
which was easy to fix.

Mobile security can be enabling, not merely restricting. Employees who
bring their own devices (BYOD) to work are irked by the imposition of MDM
restrictions. Mobile Device Manager Plus allows you to control only the
apps on BYO-devices by containerizing them, leaving personal data untouched!
