good to release 1.4.2 tomorrow?

Hi all;

1.4.2-rc1 has been in rc for a few days and no new non-regressions found.

Any objection to releasing it as is tomorrow?

The db load issue that was reported was determined in at least one case to be the result of psql being out of path.  Not sure about the other one yet.
