Travis-CI now enabled on our main repositories

Hi everyone;

I have enabled Travis-CI on our main repositories.  Tests are now passing on all branches.  Test coverage is not great but we started from 0 and most of the old code is not testable.

I expect the coverage to go up significantly over the 1.5 development period.
