I have committed this with these modifications, and shortening the
exceptions so they can more easily be used for machine processing
(adding more info to warnings where applicable).  I haven't tested it
but the core logic is the same.  I will add you to the contributors
file.

If you check out the addons tree svn co

addons

you will find it in 1.3/gl_stored_proc/trunk/

As soon as the message appears on archive.ledgersmb.org I will add a
link there to the contributors file entry.
