VirtualBox image

Folks,

I put up a LedgerSMB 1.3.7 (plus hotfix - rev 4131) at
http://david.bandel.us/software/ if anyone cares to take a quick look.

It's a big d/l, but with the provided instructions, I think anyone can
get LedgerSMB-1.3.7 up and running.

Feedback, please.  Let me know if there are any problems.  If none, I
will announce on the -users list.
