Yeah that is definitely true. The main thing here is 99% of the work on
LedgerSMB is sponsored and done so between two entities, Chris's
company, and CMD. So there is a little bit of a box, I would agree.
Mainly we are so deep into development and trying to get to an actual
1.3 release (so we can start working on the real new architecture) that
we have a tendency to forget that there is this whole big community out
there.
One solution would be to have someone in the community who basically
tracks this stuff and becomes a public voice for the project. An
advocacy role if you will.
