Be more receptive to basic user needs like email and printing that don't work
out of the box.
My problems with email recently were too quickly dismissed.
Printing 2 page invoices or orders does not work out of the box.
Who wants to run Ledgersmb on a fully qualified mail server? If the LSMB
server sends email is not the domains mail server it is spam.
My emails were just ending us in peoples spam folders for a year until I
unburied ryans patch and then had to rewrite it to use smtp::tls::auth.

Yes I could delete spam from the website.
