We use http://www.google.com/recaptcha, which has an option for an audio
captcha.  (Having said that, there is no way I would ever get past the
audio captcha... it's well-nigh incomprehensible to me.)

You also feed data to Google if you use reCAPTCHA, so keep that in mind...
