Hi all;

I had an interesting discussion with Seneca on IRC yesterday also on
this matter.  She pointed me to something else as well.

Apparently Pg 8.4 has column-level permissions.  I think for bank
account into, given what everyone is saying here, that should be
sufficient once 8.4 is in use.

Given the general consensus here, I think we should forget this issue
for 1.3 except as a possible addon (the addon requiring PostgreSQL
8.4).
