Integrated Translation tool

Hi,

I have an idea (Heureka!).

It would be nice to edit the localization files under LS in a similar
way as the template editing is working.

I mean, one should select a language file (especially the hu.po :)
inside LS and one could edit it.

I guess, in the same way, as with the templates.

Sorry about that, I'm not perl guru :)

How about this kind of "tool"? Is that possible to make it in 5 minutes?
