Announcing LedgerSMB 1.2.12

The LedgerSMB team has released LedgerSMB 1.2.12 which includes a number of non-critical bug fixes. The major fixes in this release include fixes to warehouse transfer logic, some error handling corner cases, and some fixes to lastcost/avgcost updates.
