[ledgersmb-users] LedgerSMB 1.11.16 released

The LedgerSMB development team is happy to announce yet another new
version of its open source ERP and accounting application.
This release contains the following fixes and improvements:

Changelog for 1.11.16
* Restore 'Save Template' on GL transations, regressed from 1.10 (#8340)
* Fix saved orders and quotes showing as read-only (#8348)
* Fix AR/AP Outstanding Summary report generation (#8378)
