I'm afraid this is a known problem and has nothing to do with your setup. While writing this response, I'm actually coming up with a different direction to solve the problem. I'll check if my idea works. If it does - knowing this is a problem for you - I'll see that it gets included in the next release.
Every time I clicked POST AND PRINT on the Receipts the error occurs:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@localhost to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu) Server at 192.168.1.18 Port 80
