Hi Angelene,

Just to clarify before offer a series of steps you will need to follow.

As I understand your question you want to creater a new instance of LedsgerSMB that has all of your existing contacts (customers, vendor's, employee's, etc) and all existing products and services.

You don't want any orders, invoices, gl transactions etc.

Is the new instance going to be on the same machine as thr old one or a new machine entirely?
