Hmm, the vendor should be shown, there are a couple of things
that come immediately to mind.
- Is the vendor correctly configured? (perhaps some screenshots
of the vendor config would assist there.)
- Is there a problem with your LaTeX templates? (Ideally could
you send me a copy of the relevant template)
NOTE:
Feel free to privately email the actual screenshots and
templates if you don't want to send them to the list.
However, please keep the discussion on the list.

I'd recommend the multiplatform RIOT client as the best
starting point.
with RIOT web the easiest on any PC
