Hi Ryle, It appears to me that you are trying to run LedgerSMB directly under windows, and that you are trying to set it up as a CGI application. In theory, running under windows should still be possible, However, we don't recommend you run as CGI anymore. We utilize a perl PSGI runner called Starman to run LedgerSMB,
then Reverse Proxy that behind the webserver of your choice.
