Re: LedgerSMB 1.4.32 - installation

I chose to add the jessie repo and because I originally had this same prob on the 1.3x version that came with this distro, but I can certainly uninstall, remove the repo and reinstall back to 1.3x but I think I'm finding the source of my issue.

From the command line, I can run the sales_order.tx through xetex but not xelatex. I have no paths.pm file in the perl5/latex/driver and the Driver.pm file is only running the paths set at installation. Is this a distro issue or a latex version issue?

If there is also a version directly derived from Debian ('jessie'?), that's one thing. jessie itself has 1.3.40 (which has issues with the package...). jessie-backports currently has v1.4.30. Debian testing has v1.4.32, which is also available on apt.ledgersmb.org. Ubuntu yakkety also has v1.4.32. And our lanuchpad ppa, at https://launchpad.net/~ledgersmb/+archive/ubuntu/main/+packages, as v1.4.32 for 16.04 & 14.04.

Essentially; it is a good idea to get a 1.4.x version installe to evaluate ledgersmb, but one method needs to be chosen.
