setup.pl error on fresh 1.5 installation

Hi.

Setting up 1.5beta6 on FreeBSD here :)

Finally got starman up and proxied through Apache and login.pl is 
displayed OK.

But when I go to setup.pl I get the error below. Any ideas what's wrong?
