LedgerSMB 1.4.23-rc1 released for testing/translation

Hi,

This is an announcement for translators: all translations added to Transifex before Wednesday night 20:00 UTC (21:00 CET) will be included in this release!

Not a translator yet, but have a few untranslated strings that annoy you? Here's information on how to contribute translations: http://ledgersmb.org/community-guide/community-guide/translating.

Important: When signing up as a translator, you're completely free to determine your own contributions -- even one string is a appreciated! (It's a step toward a complete translation, after all!)

LedgerSMB 1.4.23-rc1 was just uploaded for testing. If no blocking issues are found, it'll be released as 1.4.23 with the following changelog:
