LiberationSans-Regular.ttf is installed now. It is in /usr/share/fonts/truetype. LedgerSMB can't seem to find it though.
With the xedemo it can't find the font and it won't print.
With the demo template, it would print even though it threw the error below. The Apache error log didn't mention a font.
I'm printing to laser printer.

I see you're using XeTeX to process your TeX files. Which templates did you select when you created the company? There are 3 options: (1) demo, (2) xedemo and (3) demo-with-images. If you use XeTeX to do the processing, you need to select the xedemo templates when setting up the company.
Also, the templates require certain fonts to be installed. Do you have this font installed: LiberationSans-Regular.ttf ?
Assuming you requested "Print to PDF", then that depends on LaTeX (pdflatex) or XeTeX being installed with the correct font sets.
