Actually it is running and I am able to create a database.

As far as I can tell everything seems to work but given my history take
it as a grain of salt

I tried restoring one of my backup files. No joy here something about
roles needing to be backup. Well you know that did not happen, I am glad
I don't run mission critical stuff here and was going to redo it anyway
but 
I guess a lesson learned
