Theoretically the password is 123456

Try the setup.pl with postgres : 123456

If you install a new company, you will be able to set username and password as expected.

(Sorry, I am too busy, I had no time to check the VDI).

     Can you get to the web server that should be there?  If so; what
comes up for /ledgersmb/setup.pl?
 
What comes up is the administrative log in screen with:
 
Superuser login: Postgres
Password: *********  (8 I believe)
Database: blank
 
So - - - without a terminal - -- how do I find out the password AND the database?
