A local company has expressed lots of interest in LedgerSMB to run
their office supply store. One requirement is to be able to put all
items from a particular manufacturer "on sale" (i.e., discounted
price) during a specific period. For example, discount all Pilot
products (pens, markers and the like) by 15% during Aug 15 - Sept
