Did the user's password expire? Expired passwords exhibit this behaviour.

We are hosting LedgerSMB for two companies, plus a demo copy of LedgerSMB. I can log on to the demo and to one of the companies, but not the other. I have a user ID and password, but still can't log on. Any suggestions or idea why?
