Thanks for all the help. I will have to move this to another server, and upgrade it. Any advice on how to do that without it going wrong again?

There's your problem.

You are using the 1.3 ledgersmb.conf with 1.2.

Copy the ledgersmb.conf.default over the ledgersmb.conf and reconfigure.

Ok, so your data has been moved back However the tables for the "central database" are not in this database.

Can you check your ledgersmb.conf and see if you can locate the globaldb section of that file.

What is the dbname listed?
