Migrating from SQL Ledger

Hi folks,

We're planning a migration from SQL Ledger ver. 2.8.17 to LedgerSMB. Some of 
you did it? Have you got some advice or warning? I suppose we need to start 
from empty database, but I think it's OK. Any comment will be appreciated.
