Mirror: VirtualBox image

Based on some of the reactions to David's announcement, I concluded
there was a need to run a mirror of the file.

I've copied the file to a VM which wasn't doing much network traffic.
The host is in the UK, so may be a preferred download site for EU
users, or for US users which don't find enough bandwidth to download
from David's host. If there's a need, I can arrange for a mirror in
the US as well, but it takes a bit more time to set up.
