LedgerSMB 1.3.5-rc2 released

Although it is normally our policy to issue new release candidates
only in the case of regressions, a bug fix has been added which is of
sufficiently high impact to justify a second release candidate in this
case.  This release candidate corrects UTF8 encoding in templates for
printed documents.  This affects all users who use non-ASCII (7-bit)
characters in parts, company names, and the like.  The fix is narrow
in scope and should not affect other parts of the application.  If no
regressions are found, this will be released in its current form.
